Don Nordness

Don Nordness, PMP, has extensive experience in technology and project management, currently serving as Manager of Technology Application Services - Retail and Manager of the R&TP Agile DevSecOps Program at the United States Postal Service since March 2008. In these roles, Don is responsible for implementing the Software Delivery Framework across IT and leading product management efforts in automated testing, Agile, and DevSecOps practices. Prior to USPS, Don held positions as Program Manager for Agile & DevSecOps and Program Manager overseeing SAP HCM applications, as well as Business Project Leader managing a team for various Oracle and Documentum applications. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Data Warehouse Operations at United Behavioral Health and IT Project Manager at United Healthcare, with a foundational role as Project Office Administrator at Jostens. Don's educational background includes a B.S. in Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota.
