Fharon M. Hicks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytics and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Retail & Delivery Analytics and Insights at the United States Postal Service since August 2016, Fharon has held multiple leadership roles including Exec Manager of Operations Performance, Diagnostics & Visualizations, and Manager of Geospatial Analytics.
