Fharon M. Hicks

Fharon M. Hicks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytics and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Retail & Delivery Analytics and Insights at the United States Postal Service since August 2016, Fharon has held multiple leadership roles including Exec Manager of Operations Performance, Diagnostics & Visualizations, and Manager of Geospatial Analytics. Prior experience includes a Program Manager position at ECS Federal, LLC from May 2011 to August 2016 and a Senior Manager role at Northrop Grumman Information Systems from June 2005 to May 2011. Fharon's career began at Harris Corporation, where a Program/Project Manager role was held from December 1995 to June 2005. Fharon holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rust College.
