Greg Daniels

Greg Daniels currently serves as the Executive Director of the Connecticut State Contracting Standards Board, overseeing daily operations since January 2023. With extensive experience at the United States Postal Service as a Redress Transformative Mediator since 2007, Daniels specializes in mediating employment disputes related to discrimination claims. Previously, a significant tenure at the University of Connecticut included roles such as University Director of Procurement Contracts and Compliance and Adjunct Professor, where obligations spanned procurement oversight and compliance, contract negotiation, and teaching law and journalism. Daniels also held leadership positions at Connecticut State Colleges & Universities and the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission, where legal guidance and information technology support were key responsibilities. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Connecticut and a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law.
