Heather Dyer

Heather Dyer has extensive experience in various roles at the United States Postal Service, including Chief Information Security Officer, Director Identity and Access Management, Manager of Mail Entry, Information Technology Program Manager, Business Systems Analyst Sr., eVS Manager, and Postmaster. Heather has a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University and recently completed a Master's degree in Cybersecurity Management and Policy from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
