Jeff Adams currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Communications at the United States Postal Service since August 2020. Prior to this role, Jeff was the Executive Director of Global Communications & Marketing at AM General from 2012 to August 2020, where responsibilities included strategic planning and oversight of global communications and marketing functions. Earlier professional experience included serving in Public Affairs in the U.S. Army from 1993 to 1997. Educational credentials comprise a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications/Public Relations from Auburn University, along with further studies in journalism and executive leadership programs at Carnegie Mellon and Emory University.
