Jim Kelly

Jim Kelly possesses extensive experience in IT infrastructure and project management, having held significant roles at various organizations. At the United States Postal Service, Jim served as Director of Technology Innovation and Cloud Architect from June 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that, Jim worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Senior Systems Engineer and at Verizon Wireless as a Senior Member of the Technical Staff, where over 40 major IT infrastructure projects were successfully implemented for critical business applications. Jim began the career at Alltel Wireless, focusing on enterprise web application design and development. Educationally, Jim holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from King's College.
