Jim Kelly is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in IT infrastructure and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Innovation at the United States Postal Service since June 2022, Jim previously held the position of Cloud Architect at General Dynamics Information Technology from December 2019 to June 2022. Jim's career includes significant roles at Verizon Wireless from February 2009 to December 2018 as a Senior Member of the Technical Staff, where over 40 major IT infrastructure projects were successfully implemented. Earlier experience at Alltel Wireless from January 1994 to February 2009 involved roles as an IT Architect and Enterprise Application Designer/Developer. Jim holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from King's College.
