Lia Reed has extensive experience in organizational development and assessment, having served in various leadership roles at the United States Postal Service from 2009 to 2013, including Manager of Test Development and Assessment, Director of Organizational Effectiveness, and Manager of Organization Development. Prior to that, Lia worked as a Consultant at The Pittman McLenagan Group from 2000 to 2005 and as an HR/OD Consultant at NCS London House from 1998 to 2000. Lia earned a Ph.D. from DePaul University between 1994 and 1997 and holds a B.A. from Juniata College, which they completed in 1994.
