Matt Boyd

Matt Boyd is a results-driven, customer-focused IT professional with extensive experience in the information technology industry. They began their career as an Application Packager at ImageMap Inc from 2004 to 2006, followed by a Senior Systems Administrator role at the City of Raleigh from 2006 to 2014. Boyd then worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 2014 to 2016, holding positions as an Application Packager and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Administrator. Currently, they serve as the Manager of Infrastructure Services at the United States Postal Service, where they focus on overseeing IT infrastructure and support initiatives. Boyd earned a Bachelor's degree in Technology Support & Training Management from the University of South Carolina-Columbia in 2006.
