Melissa Persing, CSM, has extensive experience in various analytical and project management roles, primarily within the insurance and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Rural Carrier Associate at the United States Postal Service since November 2025, Melissa previously held the position of Senior Functional Analyst at Church Mutual Insurance Company, S.I. from March 2021 to October 2025. Prior to that, Melissa accumulated significant experience at Foot Locker, where roles included Senior IT Security Compliance Analyst, Senior Analyst in PLC/QA/QC/SOX, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Senior EDI Analyst. Melissa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State Harrisburg, where studies were completed from 1989 to 1993.
