Michael Donlon has over 20 years of experience in operations within the United States Postal Service. Currently, as Manager of Operations Integration since 2012, Michael oversees the complete on-boarding of new customers, ensuring their shipping methods are effectively integrated into USPS processes for the Eastern and Northeast regions. Previously, Michael served as an Operations Integration Specialist from 2003 to 2011. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and International Business from Rutgers Business School, earned between 2002 and 2007.
