Michelle (Ochs) Windmueller is the Chief Counsel for Labor Law at the United States Postal Service, having served in various legal roles since 2004. Previously, Michelle represented the Postal Service in appellate matters and worked in employment and labor law, conducting training and defending cases at the EEOC and federal courts. Prior to joining the Postal Service, Michelle held positions as a litigation associate and judicial law clerk, gaining extensive experience in employment-related litigation and legal research. Michelle earned a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Northwestern University.
