Mike Hilleary

Mike Hilleary currently serves as Sr. Managing Director (OU Leader) at Peraton, overseeing P&L, delivery, and growth management for one of the company's largest portfolios. Hilleary is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the US Postal Supply Council. With a long tenure in the United States Marine Forces Reserve as Lieutenant Colonel, Hilleary has provided strategic and operational support in a three-star General Officer command and liaised with various governmental and commercial entities. Previous roles include Vice President and General Manager at Virtual Service Operations and program management at ViON Corporation and the US Department of Defense, where Hilleary managed extensive programs and developed training initiatives. Early career experiences include operations management at Northrop Grumman Corporation and active duty as Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Educational credentials include an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a BA in English Language and Literature from Christendom College, a Project Management Certificate from Georgetown University, and completion of Command and Staff training at Marine Corps University.
