Sara Adibisedeh

Sara Adibisedeh is an experienced Employment Attorney with a comprehensive background in representing both employers and employees in various employment matters. Currently serving as an Employment Attorney at the United States Postal Service since June 2017, Sara previously worked at Burnham Brown, Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, the Law Offices of J. Michael Bewley, Initiative Legal Group APC, and Johanson Berenson LLP, holding various roles focused on litigation and problem-solving in employment law. Notable achievements include securing an over $800,000 pre-litigation settlement in a significant discrimination case and being the first at Initiative Legal Group to successfully utilize the Local Controversy Exception to remand cases.
