Timothy Keating

Timothy Keating is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational management within the United States Postal Service. Currently serving as the Executive Plant Manager since February 2023, Timothy oversees a workforce of approximately 1000 employees, managing all aspects of processing operations, support operations, finance, maintenance, safety, and human resources, while coordinating logistics. Previously, from March 2016 to February 2023, Timothy held the position of Senior Manager In Plant Support, where leadership focused on optimizing operations across six processing plants, driving service improvement initiatives, and executing lean Six Sigma projects. Timothy's career at the Postal Service began in 1985 as an Industrial Engineer, progressing through various roles, including Lead Operations Industrial Engineer, where transformational projects and budget management were pivotal. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University.
