Victor Lucente

Victor Lucente is currently the Executive Director of Network Services at the United States Postal Service, where they focus on enhancing business services and customer loyalty through IT engagement and optimization strategies. Previously, they held various roles including Director of Infrastructure for the NC Judicial Branch and Networking and Communications Service Owner at Blue Cross NC, where they implemented innovative technologies and led significant improvements in IT infrastructure. Earlier in their career, Victor managed networking operations for DHHS DIRM and served as Systems Engineer, influencing IT service delivery and implementing crucial ITIL processes. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, as well as Computer Science, from the University of Maryland.
