David Landrith

Chief Architect at USPTO

David Landrith is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in IT management and software architecture, currently serving as Chief Architect at the United States Patent and Trademark Office since February 2011. In this role, David has successfully led the Patents End to End (PE2E) program and transitioned to oversee initiatives in artificial intelligence and big data. David has held senior IT portfolio management roles focused on modernization efforts and has been acting Executive Director for Application Engineering and Development, overseeing the delivery of enterprise software for critical intellectual property initiatives. Prior to the USPTO, David held leadership positions at Loci Software, Merrill Legal Solutions, and One to One Interactive, contributing significantly to technology transformation and eCommerce innovations. David holds a Master of Science in Data Science and has completed the Leadership for a Democratic Society program at the Federal Executive Institute.
