Debbie Stephens is the Deputy Chief Information Officer at the USPTO, where they lead IT modernization efforts, cloud migration, and AI adoption for 14,000 employees. With a strong passion for technology, Debbie is dedicated to delivering efficient IT products and services to global stakeholders while championing the next generation of leaders and women in STEM. Previously, Debbie held roles as Associate Commissioner of OPIM and Director of the Office of Data Management at USPTO. They are currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Management at The George Washington University.
