John E. Bargero

John E. Bargero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in patent law and engineering. As a Patent Examiner at the USPTO since December 2011, John evaluates patent applications and contributes to intellectual property governance. In addition, John has served as a Patent Attorney at The Inventor's Advocate since 2002, focusing on protecting the intellectual property rights of individuals and small companies through various legal instruments. John's prior experience includes litigation support for large law firms in patent infringement cases and management of engineering projects at UPS, where responsibilities involved design, construction, and compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. John holds a Juris Doctor degree from San Francisco Law School, earned between 2000 and 2004, and a degree from Santa Clara University, completed in 1986.
