Justin Busch

Justin Busch currently serves as an Administrative Patent Judge at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) since May 2012. Prior to that role, Justin practiced as an Attorney at the Law Offices of Justin Busch from November 2009 to May 2012 and at Banner & Witcoff, LTD from October 2004 to November 2009. Justin's experience also includes consulting positions at Hewlett-Packard, Bluestone Software, and KETL, Inc. from 2000 to 2001 and 1998 to 2000, respectively. Justin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
