Richard Deutsch

Richard Deutsch is an experienced Information Technology Specialist currently working at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) since February 2020, where SharePoint development is a primary focus. Prior roles include positions as IT Specialist at the United States Attorney's Office, and a Web Developer with the United States Air Force. Throughout the career, Richard has provided technical support across various organizations, including the Internal Revenue Service, where responsibilities involved data center operations and implementation of SharePoint solutions. Richard's background includes a role as a Technology Consultant with RD Web Consulting, where strategic communications were emphasized, and as a Software Engineer at IBM, contributing to both intranet and Internet website development as well as cryptographic services testing. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Pace University and a Bachelor’s degree in Prelaw from Nova Southeastern University.
