William Wheeler

William Wheeler is an accomplished IT Product Manager at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) since August 2014, where responsibilities have included coordinating the acquisition strategy for the Patent Examiner Performance Appraisal Plan improvements, involving six enterprise systems with a budget of $14 million and affecting over 7,000 users.
