Gail Zaharek

Gail Zaharek serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications at USRowing since April 2025. Previously, Gail held the positions of VP, Group Account Director, and Account Director at Rebellion Group, where responsibilities included driving strategy and client management. As President of the Board of Directors at Litchfield Hills Rowing Club from August 2019 to September 2023, Gail successfully led the organization through financial challenges while significantly increasing membership. In a dual role at Cigna Healthcare, Gail developed B2B digital marketing campaigns, focusing on employee growth and digital health initiatives. Earlier experiences include positions at Primacy, Mintz + Hoke, and Prudential Financial, with a strong emphasis on business development, integrated marketing campaigns, and client services. Gail holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications from Ithaca College.
