Eugene Placencia

Eugene Placencia is an experienced professional in event management and operations, currently serving as Community Events Manager at the USS Hornet Sea, Air and Space Museum since October 2021, overseeing a diverse range of event types in a unique venue. Previously, Eugene held roles as Community Events Coordinator and Stadium Operations Events Staff with the Oakland Athletics, managing corporate events and ensuring operational success. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Advisor to the CEO at DSG Global, LLC, Vice President of Global Solutions at ProcessWeaver, Inc., and Worldwide Account Manager at FedEx, where notable achievements included receiving the FedEx 5 Star Award and induction into the FedEx Sales Hall of Fame.
