Marcel Schmitt

Marcel Schmitt is the current CFO at USSC Group. Prior to this, they were the Director of Finance and M&A at United Safety & Survivability Corporation from April 2020 to March 2021. Marcel has also worked as a Principal at private equity firm Dubin Clark & Company, Inc. from September 2015 to April 2020, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank from June 2014 to September 2015. Marcel began their career in the financial industry as an intern at Prime International Trading, where they worked in derivative trading from June 2012 to August 2012. Marcel then went on to work as an Investment Analyst at UBS from September 2012 to July 2013.

Marcel Schmitt has a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, a Master of Science in Finance from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Webber International University. Marcel also has an Abitur (High School Diploma) from Alexander von Humboldt Gymnasium, Schweinfurt, Germany. Additionally, they are a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute and has a Series 7 License from FINRA. Finally, they are also a certified coach for Tennis and Soccer.
