Derrick Bryant is currently the head softball coach at Thompson Middle School and has served in this role since 2019. They have been a maintenance technician at Alabaster City Schools since 2004 and are also the director for USSSA Fast Pitch Softball since 2012. Previously, Derrick worked as a sous chef and meat cutter from 1999 to 2003.
