Jesse Lorenzen, PMP, currently serves as an Operations Research Analyst at United States Strategic Command, with prior experience as a Senior Operations Research Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton. Jesse's career in the US Navy spanned over two decades, culminating in the role of Strategic Operations Section Head for the National Airborne Operations Center, where significant responsibilities included providing strategic command and control support during national emergencies. Additional roles included leadership positions aboard submarines, operational planning with the UK Maritime Forces, and training as an Electrical Instructor at the Nuclear Power Training Unit. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School, a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Idaho, and completion of the Command and Staff Program at the U.S. Naval War College.

The commander of USSTRATCOM serves as the senior commander of unified military forces from all four branches of the military assigned to the command.
