Sofia M. is currently serving as an NC3 Data Analyst at United States Strategic Command, focusing on missile defense and nuclear deterrence since April 2023. Previous experience includes account management at Flexport, where Sofia built client relationships and led onboarding processes while conducting data analysis for supply chain optimization from May 2022 to April 2023. Prior roles involved ocean export coordination at Expeditors, ensuring efficient shipment handling and customer service from July 2018 to June 2022, and IT support for the United States Department of Defense, maintaining military computer systems from December 2016 to December 2021. Sofia holds multiple certifications from the Defense Nuclear Weapon School and a certification in Military Strategic Intelligence from Fort Huachuca School of Military Intelligence, along with a high school diploma from a virtual charter school.
