Sruthi Paruchuri

Sruthi Paruchuri has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sruthi began their career in 2010 as a Recruiter at Appco Group, where they were responsible for sourcing and screening resumes for technical evaluation by clients. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an International Sales Executive and Recruiter at Fleming Gulf, where they acquired new clients, developed business, and maintained client relationships.

In 2015, Sruthi joined RALS Technosoft as a Lead Technical Recruiter and Business Development professional. In this role, they collaborated with the HR Director to conduct recruitment activities, including phone screens, interviews, and short-listing candidates. Sruthi also handled direct client accounts and managed a team of recruiters.

Sruthi then joined Tech Tammina LLC in 2015 as a Sr. IT Recruiter, where they worked with direct clients, implementation partners, and vendors. Sruthi had expertise in USA visa types and worked on tax terms for both full-time and contract positions.

In 2016, Sruthi worked as a Consultant, Client Services at VTRAC Consulting Corporation, where they provided recruitment services for mid-size to large projects and clients. Sruthi conducted research, analysis, sourcing, assessment, and selection of quality resources for different positions. Sruthi also worked closely with candidates to address their questions and concerns throughout the process.

From 2017 to 2019, Sruthi held positions at Deegit Global Talent Leaders and Indotronix International Corporation as a Technical Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist, respectively. In these roles, they sourced candidates using various platforms and conducted initial screening interviews.

Most recently, in 2019, Sruthi joined Modis as a Sr. Consultant, where they identified and qualified potential candidates through different channels and maintained candidate files and activity reports.

Currently, Sruthi is employed at Contineo Health as a Sr. Recruitment Support Specialist. Contineo is a Healthcare IT and Strategy firm where Sruthi supports recruitment efforts and helps health systems position themselves for emerging models of population health and accountable care. Sruthi focuses on mobile patient engagement and care coordination models to reduce the burden of chronic disease.

Sruthi Paruchuri obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In July 2018, they also obtained a certification as a Google Certified Educator from Google.
