Yolanda Rosa

Yolanda Rosa has extensive experience in customer account management and financial roles, starting with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company as a Clerk Typist/Bookkeeper from September 1980 to June 1983. From June 1983 to June 1986, Yolanda worked at U.S. Smokeless Tobacco as an Accounts Receivable Clerk, processing weekly cash payments for approximately 200 customers. Yolanda continued with U.S. Smokeless Tobacco until 2009, serving as an Account Representative and later as a Customer Account Representative, where responsibilities included managing customer accounts. Since 1983, Yolanda has been with UST Inc. as a Customer Account Representative, overseeing the order and inventory cycle for 300 military accounts and 50 domestic direct-buying accounts, contributing to over $1.5 million in sales unit volume.
