Bhavik Shah

Bhavik Shah is a seasoned software engineering professional with experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Specialist I in software engineering at UST since August 2016, Bhavik has progressed to roles including Leader in Software and Associate Leader in Software. Key projects include leading the development of a new web portal for a multinational shipping company's customer service executives, focusing on digitizing complex processes. Additionally, Bhavik has contributed to a multinational hospitality company for tech refresh and feature enhancement in call center services. Prior experience at Cognizant Technology Solutions involved migrating legacy systems for a U.S. multinational investment bank, enhancing cross-browser compatibility and user experience. Bhavik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Goa Engineering College.
