Deepak Pratap has a comprehensive background in IT service management and cloud infrastructure, currently serving as Lead II in Cloud Infrastructure Services at UST since June 2018. Prior to this role, Deepak held various positions at Adobe as a Service Desk Engineer, and at HCL BPO as a Subject Matter Expert and Technical Support Executive. Deepak began a career in quality analysis at Colwell & Salmon Communication India Ltd, and possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University, complemented by an Associate's Degree in PCM from Modern School, NOIDA.
