Neema Ashraf is currently serving as Associate II in Cloud Infrastructure at UST since September 2023, following a brief tenure as Service Desk Lead. Prior experience includes working as a Service Desk Analyst at Serco and as a Technical Analyst at Allianz Technology from August 2017 to March 2019. Neema also held the position of Revenue Officer at Ingeus from November 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included processing information from various sources and investigating operational trends for performance improvement. Neema holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Cochin University of Science and Technology, earned between 2007 and 2011.
