Paul Morrison

Paul Morrison is an accomplished leader in digital transformation and operational efficiency with extensive experience across various sectors, including Telecom, Media, and Technology. Currently serving as the General Manager and Digital Transformation Lead at UST since December 2020, Paul focuses on leveraging technology for stakeholder needs. As President of Caerus LLC since 2019, Paul provides strategic insights and evaluates acquisition targets to enhance business growth. Previously, Paul held pivotal roles at Gartner, EDS, IBM, A.T. Kearney, McKinsey & Company, and bp, where responsibilities ranged from leading consulting sales for Fortune 100 companies to managing global teams and complex engagements. Paul holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, supplemented by executive education at Harvard Business School.
