Rajesh Nataraj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent and business unification, currently serving in the Office of the COO at UST since June 2005. With a focus on aligning talent with organizational goals, Rajesh has held various leadership positions including Global Head of Talent Strategy and Global Head of PMO, where significant contributions were made to foster excellence in talent development and to implement effective human capital strategies for business transformation. Rajesh began a career in Human Resources, evolving into a key Business Partner and Program Manager, and previously worked at GE as an Executive, leading a nationally recognized Personal Loan Retention Program. Education includes an Executive Program in General Management and Leadership from UCLA Anderson School of Management and an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Kerala.
