Sajesh Gopinath serves as General Manager of UST Global and leads the business of Intelligent Process Automation platform UST SmartOpsTM. Sajesh and his team work with and advise Fortune 500 and Global 1000 clients on business transformation strategies and target operating models that leverage AI and cutting-edge automation technologies.
Sajesh has two decades of experience specializing in relationship management, business process improvement and technology services. Before leading UST SmartOps, he served as General Manager for strategic accounts in Europe. As such, Sajesh oversaw business growth in Europe and the United Kingdom and was instrumental in establishing UST Global as a leader in the region. Previously, he held P&L responsibility for BPO business and worked in program management and delivery.
Sajesh is a thought leader in business transformation and intelligent process automation, and often attends conferences to share his ideas. He has been featured on numerous podcasts and interviews with industry experts and the media.
Sajesh is a graduate from the University of Calicut with a degree in mechanical engineering and currently resides in London, UK.
