Kevin dela Cerna

Kevin dela Cerna possesses extensive experience in career development, curriculum design, and coaching education across various academic and professional settings. Currently serving at USTA National Campus as Project Manager of the Coach Learning Center, Kevin focuses on developing and distributing courses and workshops for coach education. At Full Sail University, Kevin holds dual roles as Course Director and Career Development Advisor, guiding students in media entrepreneurship and providing career counseling for over 500 students annually. In previous positions, Kevin has led career development initiatives, managed teams, and produced professional development materials, consistently achieving high placement rates and enhancing student success. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Higher Education Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Interpersonal Communications from the University of Central Florida, complemented by a Certificate in Fashion Industry Essentials from Parsons School of Design.
