Jaycee Cruz

Jaycee Cruz has over a decade of experience in various roles within the retail and sports industries. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Junior Tennis for USTA Southern California since March 2020, Jaycee previously worked as a Merchandise Assistant at The TJX Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included evaluating customer feedback and networking with suppliers. Earlier positions include Assistant Director and Tennis Instructor at iTennis, where management of the pro-shop and event coordination were key responsibilities, and a Showroom Assistant role at Necessories Inc. Jaycee also held positions as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Sales Associate at Gap Inc./Banana Republic, and Cashier at Dick's Sporting Goods. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton and an Associate of Arts in Merchandise Marketing from FIDM.
