Jean Pierre Paugam

Jean Pierre Paugam is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in founding and managing innovative companies. Currently serving as Co-Founder of USTAWI and Padame +, Paugam focuses on creating AI-based technology for dynamic shopping experiences through SceneShop. Additionally, Paugam co-founded ADEIZ and holds the position of Président at GIPEFI Invest, which supports the development of innovative businesses in cosmetics, digital platforms, and fashion. Previously, Paugam founded CYLANDE, a group known for its innovative solutions in retail, and worked at Auchan in microinformatics. Paugam holds a DESS CAAE in Business Administration and Management from IAE Lille and a maîtrise in computer science from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
