Barbara Skwara-Santi

Barbara Skwara-Santi is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Director of Global Inside Sales at USU Solutions since July 2022. Prior to this role, Barbara held the position of Team Lead Sales Development at USU Solutions and Aspera from January 2021 to August 2022 and January 2016 to January 2021, respectively, where a strong focus was placed on building a Software Asset Management community. Earlier experience includes serving as an International Sales Coordinator at Henry Lambertz GmbH & Co KG, managing sales coordination and fostering international business relations across various regions. Barbara holds a Master of Science in International Business, Entrepreneurship & SME Management from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts & Culture from Maastricht University.
