Debasis De is a Learning and Development Specialist at USV Private Limited, leveraging two decades of experience in the pharmaceuticals sector, including roles in Sales, Marketing, and Learning & Development. They currently focus on developing capability roadmaps and interventions to enhance the commercial organization’s performance. Previously, Debasis worked at Pfizer, where they contributed to building and globalizing capability roadmaps for business unit teams. They hold a BSc Honours degree from Calcutta University and have a strong interest in coaching and leadership development.
