Renee Cooper

Renée Cooper develops and executes corporate supplier diversity strategy – satisfying customer expectations and internal results for supply chain diversity and inclusion. Renée designs Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) policy, monitors payments, and directs compliance and outreach efforts for each project. She totals more than two decades of compliance experience, as the former Director of Operations and Process Improvement for the Maryland Department of Transportation Office of Minority Business Enterprise. She supervised the training of certification officers, fraud investigations, and commercially useful function audits and reporting. Renee is an active participant in the MBE community and preserves partnerships with various MBE stakeholders throughout the state of Maryland.
