Marcos Icardo

Marcos Icardo is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in blockchain, artificial intelligence, and financial technology. As Co-Founder and CTO of Usyncro since July 2018, Marcos has led innovations in logistics technology. In addition, Marcos co-founded Fintonic in January 2011, serving as Co-Founder & Partner and Director of Technology and Operations. Previous roles include NDB R&D at BBVA, where Marcos contributed to innovative solutions, and CTO at Trust·u within the BBVA Innovation Center. With earlier positions in organizations such as IDEON Financial Solutions and Misys Financial Systems, Marcos has developed a strong background in operations and technology management. Academically, Marcos holds a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity from Deusto Business School, a Master’s in General Sales and Merchandising from ESEM, and a degree in Computer Sciences from U.P.M.
