The Customer Service team at UT Federal Credit Union is dedicated to assisting and supporting members with their financial needs. Comprising Call Center Representatives, a Corporate Trainer, an Asset Recovery Specialist, and the Manager of the Contact Center, this team ensures exceptional service through effective communication, member education, and efficient resolution of any financial issues.
