Allana Coleman

Allana Coleman has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Allana started their career as a Surgical Nurse at Providence Healthcare Network in 1999, where they gained experience in various areas such as general, GYN, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, neurology, and cardiology. Allana then worked as the Director of Surgical Services at Coryell Memorial Healthcare Systems from 2004 to 2012, where they managed the operating room, pre-op, recovery, and central sterile services. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Surgical Nurse-Circulator/Backup Charge Nurse at Seton Medical Center Harker Heights.

Allana's career progressed into management roles, as they became the Hillcrest Surgery & Endoscopy Center Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health from 2013 to 2016. Allana also served as the Interim Perioperative Director during their time with the organization. In 2017, they joined Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas as the Clinical Manager of Surgery-Admin.

Prior to their healthcare roles, Allana worked as an Independent Beauty Consultant at Mary Kay Skincare & Cosmetics, where they empowered women and men to love people while sharing skincare and cosmetic trends. Allana'smost recent role was as the Director of Surgical Services at UT Health East Texas, where they oversaw the surgical services department.

Allana Coleman received their Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 2008. Prior to that, they completed an Associate Degree in Nursing at McLennan Community College in 2000. Between 1993 and 1998, they pursued a pre-med/nursing program at Baylor University. In 2017, they obtained a joint Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)/MSN degree in Nursing Administration from Grand Canyon University.
