Dana Berry

Dana Berry has work experience in various roles related to regulatory and accreditation, patient centeredness, and quality management. They currently serve as the Market Director of Regulatory and Accreditation at UT Health East Texas, starting in June 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of the Experience of Care at the same organization from December 2018 to June 2022. Before joining UT Health East Texas, Dana worked at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler (UT Health) as a Patient Centeredness Manager from November 2016 to November 2019, and as an Administrative Assistant/Quality Management Assistant from June 2010 to July 2015 at HealthSouth.

Dana Berry has a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Texas at Tyler, which was obtained between 2015 and 2016. Prior to that, Dana earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution. In 2020, Dana obtained certifications as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) and as a CPXP from The Beryl Institute.
