Greg Ewton is an experienced manager with a demonstrated history of leadership in scheduling and customer service operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Central Scheduling at UT Health East Texas since July 2021, Greg oversees the regional call center's managerial aspects, including guidance for leadership, operational responsibility for software and hardware, and resource efficiency. Prior to this role, Greg was the Customer Retention Team Manager at ADT, where responsibilities included coaching, performance monitoring, and team development. Past experience also includes a significant tenure at Suddenlink Communications, where Greg held various managerial positions, including Sales Manager and Senior Manager of Residential Chat and Email, achieving notable productivity improvements. Greg began a career in management at Cox Communications as an Account Service Supervisor. Educated at Newport University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and previously at Orange Coast College.
