Jennifer Rummel

Jennifer Rummel has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jennifer started their career at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System as a Human Resources Representative/Business Partner, where they worked as an HR Generalist, handling recruitment, retention, orientation, learning objectives, and compensation and benefits for physicians and employees. In 1999, Jennifer moved to UT Health East Texas, where they held various positions including Director of Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Executive. Their responsibilities included creating a positive work environment, leading employee engagement, and aligning great people who are passionate and committed to the organization's purpose.

Jennifer Rummel has a Master of Science in Human Resource Administration & Technology from the University of Texas at Tyler, obtained in 2004. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources & Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler, obtained in 1996. Additionally, they have an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration from Trinity Valley Community College, obtained in 1992. Jennifer Rummel has obtained a certification in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in October 2023.
