Hailey Mullican

Hailey Mullican has extensive work experience in the legal field. Hailey started their career as an Attorney at IHFE & ASSOCIATES, P.C. in 2007, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, Hailey joined UT Health San Antonio, initially as an Attorney and later moved on to become the Managing Healthcare Legal Counsel. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President for Legal Affairs and Chief Legal Officer at UT Health San Antonio.

Hailey Mullican obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Abilene Christian University between 1999 and 2003. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Law - JD program at St. Mary's University School of Law from 2004 to 2007.
