Jennifer Lacoss

Jennifer LaCoss, MD, serves as an Assistant Professor and Medical Director for Adult Palliative Care at UT Health San Antonio, a position held since August 2016. Prior to this role, Jennifer completed a Palliative Medicine Fellowship at UTHSCSA from July 2015 to June 2016 and practiced as a Resident Physician in Internal Medicine at the University of Oklahoma from July 2012 to June 2015. Early career experience includes microbiology positions at PHFE and the Texas Department of State Health Services, as well as forensic science roles with the Austin and Houston Police Departments. Jennifer holds an MD from Ross University School of Medicine, a Master's in Forensic Science from The National University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Texas Lutheran University.
