John Carollo

John Carollo is an experienced athletic trainer and educator currently serving as an Athletic Trainer and Teacher with Northside Independent School District since July 2015. In addition, John functions as a Gameday Medical Provider for the XFL, contributing to the Sports Medicine team for events such as the 2023 XFL Championship Game. John has a long-standing role as a Volunteer Sports Medicine Provider for the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, participating as a medical practitioner for Team USA at the 2012 Olympic Games. With prior positions including Health Services Coordinator at Marion ISD and Head Athletic Trainer for the San Antonio Missions Baseball Club, John has extensive experience in various athletic and medical roles. John holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Texas State University, supplemented by a Diploma in Football Medicine from FIFA.
